Detective Dan and the missing wish list letters

The children’s wish list letters have gone missing, and it’s your mission, over the course of 24 days, to solve the mystery before Christmas.

Join world famous Detective Dan as his assistant to solve the mystery and save Christmas together.

If you enjoy mysteries, suspense and puzzles, this advent calendar is for you! Christmas Mystery™ can be played alone or together with family and friends. Puzzle difficulty varies, so bring your best detective brain (and maybe a grown-up partner in mystery-solving). Recommended for ages 10 and up — or younger if you're a certified genius (or have snacks and a smart adult nearby).

The package includes an advent calendar, Detective Dan’s Notebook and an envelope with the final piece to the mystery.

How It Works

  • STEP 1

    The calendar creates a fun Christmas challenge by combining a Christmas mystery story along with various types of challenges where the players have to use their creative brain to solve each day’s problem in order to advance to the next day's challenge.

  • STEP 2

    Each challenge reveals a four-digit code that is printed on one of the calendar doors. You’ll need to discover these codes by solving the daily challenges that advance you through the calendar.

  • STEP 3

    The story starts from the page where you find a heart symbol in Detective Dan’s notebook. By solving the task on that page, you will reveal a number code for the first door. The first door will reveal the next symbol that you need to find in the notebook.
